Setting up an appoitment with Amy could not be easier!
1) Contact Amy at amy@amyjtoday.com
2) Amy will ask you to complete a food diary of what you are eating and drinking for 2-3 days.
It is very helpful to include one of these days as a weekend day or a hard training day
3) Complete the food journal and e-mail it back to Amy
4) Amy will complete a nutrition analysis of your specific nutrition requirements, including carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamin, minerals and fluid needs based on your goals
5) An additional service can be added at this time.. Amy can also provide sample meal plans based on this assessment to help you meet your goals if desired
6) Amy will then contact you for the best way to meet and discuss your specific wellness or performance plan.
